It is a legal requirement to seek your Veterinarian's consent prior to physiotherapy assessment and treatment of your animal.

The Dales Animal Physiotherapy believes that collaborative interdisciplinary working enables the best care and optimal management for your animal.

Working with your Veterinarian enables us to have the most accurate information about your animal and their physiotherapy needs. Referral forms must be fully completed and received prior to your appointment.

With your consent, The Dales Animal Physiotherapy will contact your Veterinarian to seek their consent to assess and treat your animal. We will ask your Veterinarian to complete our referral form.
